I saw a post on LinkedIn that I thought was relevant to share given I just wrote about getting out of your comfort zone during the current full moon.
Kristin A. Sherry, the author of "Maximize 365," shared that "research shows going too far outside your comfort zone actually makes you unproductive." Kristin said, "it makes sense we're successful when we focus on ONE STEP out of our comfort zone, not one mile." I have always struggled with getting outside of my comfort zone and definitely to the extreme some say you "should" go to make a change or transformation. I'm hoping this will help others because I always thought I was just resisting and now I understand that maybe sometimes it was my inner guidance showing me that it could be counterproductive to push too far all at once. The full moon in Capricorn will be Thursday, June 24th and will be bringing with it breakthrough and new ways of being. The breakthrough to the new is going to feel uncomfortable and you may want to stick with the old ways of being. The caveat is that if you do decide to stay in your comfort zone, you may find that old comforts don’t work like they use to.
This could leave you feeling uneasy, irritable or possibly confused with how to move forward. You may know you can’t go back to the way things were, but be fearful of what the future holds. To navigate this energy, be mindful, patient and open to new possibilities or different ways to handle situations. I have shared about how I use the lunar phases to assist the direction of your life and spiritual transformation business. On June 10, 2021, we have a new moon in Gemini with a ring of fire solar eclipse (not to mention there’s a Saturn return, Mercury in retrograde, and a whole lot more cosmic fun thrown into the mix). The new moon is about new beginnings. It is a perfect time to set your intentions. A solar eclipse brings an end to a six-month cycle and it begins another six-month cycle. So it’s about death and rebirth and adds fuel to our intention setting. Gemini is a sign of choice and it's all about communication, education, thinking, and learning. This energy helps us weigh our options and see things from a different perspective. Have you ever wondered why some people attract clients and opportunities with what seems like so much ease and flow?
It's like they don't have to do anything but just be. They just show up and things happen naturally. Do you wish you could be this fortunate? If so, please watch as I explain what some people do, or rather what they have that makes them more magnetic to their clients. How do you find your soul clients? The word woo-woo could be seen as a derogatory term because it is typically a word used by skeptics to describe something or someone that they simply cannot explain away with science. The term has been used in reference to almost any form of unconventional thinking simply because this open-minded idea or individual typically relies on faith, belief and inner-knowing. Things that can’t be measured or quantified by science or fact. Some might get offended that I use the term, but I would like to explain what spurred me to shift my business and why I was guided to use woo-woo at heart in my message. |
