I have all my prospective clients go through my Soul Exploration process. It doesn’t matter if they are just starting out or if they are a seasoned transformational entrepreneur.
I have this as a requirement because in order to better understand themselves and their gifts so they can fearlessly own them, they first have to identify them.
You might think that sounds all good for a newbie, but a seasoned business owner knows this stuff, right?
You’d be surprised how many don’t. Yes! Even in the creative, spiritual and transformational fields.
I find that most woo-woo entrepreneurs are multi-tasking, credential-earning and always-learning fanatics. You guys devour and absorb any new technique and love adding them to your spiritual toolbox. Don’t get me wrong, I throw myself right in there with ya! I love learning and always have a new tip or trick up my sleeve.
There’s nothing wrong with furthering your education and personal growth, nor adding a new tool to your mix of services, but where this starts to be an issue is when it’s interfering with landing new clients.
You have 15 seconds to snag a visitor’s attention on your website – some say less than 2 seconds these days (YIKES!). That’s all the time you have to hold their interest long enough for them to decide if they want to get to know you better or work with you.
One of the biggest challenges I see with both seasoned and startup spiritual transformation businesses is that you offer too much. If visitors are having to scroll through a boatload of services to figure out what you really are good at, they’ll leave pretty quickly.
Another challenge I’ve seen is that most woo-woo entrepreneurs don’t know how to keep it simple. If a visitor finds the site is too confusing to navigate, they are off there before you can say HELLO!
Yet another roadblock is saying the same ol’ thing and sounding just like everyone else. If a prospective client finds that the site is convoluted with a bunch of woo-woo feel good nonsense they’ve seen too many times to count, they are going to leave before they even get to the good stuff – who you are, what you do and how you can help them.
I can go on and on about the reasons why your prospective clients are high-tailing it off your site, but that’s not what this article is about. This article is about the process: Getting REALLY CLEAR on what you’re good at, what you love doing, and how your unique energy affects your business, your communication and your interaction with your soul clients. Not only that, but it’s about what makes you different than all the other transformational entrepreneurs out there.
So how can a Soul Exploration help?
This process will help you identify:
Your soul traits - The conscious and unconscious personality traits you came into this world with. These traits will help you uncover your strengths (gifts, talents and skills) and your weaknesses/challenges (where you can get hung up or what you are here to learn and master).
Your business traits - How your energy operates when sharing your gifts with the world.
Your voice - How to authentically communicate and connect with to your tribe in a manner that honors your energy.
Sales & marketing strategies - How to honor your energy when marketing your business, offering your services and a more authentic way to close sales.
Ways to heal your brand - If you have an established business, you’ll receive suggestions on how to update your information that aligns your business with your unique energy. If you are just starting out, you’ll receive recommendations for business opportunities that illuminate your strengths and lays a solid foundation so you can launch fearlessly.
Does that feel good to you?
If so, I invite you to sign up for a Soul Exploration! This is a 2-hour recorded interview via Zoom with a follow up report that identifies your traits, business opportunities and an action plan to get you into total alignment with your unique energy.
P.S. This process is not just for someone in business or wanting to start their own business. With a few tweaks to my process, the interview and follow up report can provide insights for your personal life and career too!
