Comfort Zone

I saw a post on LinkedIn that I thought was relevant to share given I just wrote about getting out of your comfort zone during the current full moon.

Kristin A. Sherry, the author of "Maximize 365," shared that "research shows going too far outside your comfort zone actually makes you unproductive."

Kristin said, "it makes sense we're successful when we focus on ONE STEP out of our comfort zone, not one mile."

I have always struggled with getting outside of my comfort zone and definitely to the extreme some say you "should" go to make a change or transformation.

I'm hoping this will help others because I always thought I was just resisting and now I understand that maybe sometimes it was my inner guidance showing me that it could be counterproductive to push too far all at once.
